Housing Development/Affordability 
- Help develop and implement state housing requirements
- Start state-required work to analyze the County's housing capacity and strategies for how to encourage housing production
- Update the County’s Community Development Code (CDC) to encourage development of more housing and a wider range of housing types
- Improve housing affordability by reducing barriers and supporting more housing construction
Community Development Code (CDC) Assessment
- Assess the CDC’s structure and function
- Identify opportunities to simplify, improve usability and reduce barriers to development
- Ensure the CDC meets state and regional requirements
Rural Accessory Dwelling Units Ordinance
- Develop a land use ordinance to allow Accessory Dwelling Units in rural residential districts
Briefing Memo on Rural Housing Options
- Review options for providing housing in the rural area, including newer state law provisions, for possible County action
